To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and include the original packaging. Please note that used merchandise can only be returned if it is defective. We carefully inspect all items upon return.

• 30-60 days from receipt of merchandise: Exchange or store credit only.
• Sale & Last Call merchandise within 15 days from receipt: Fully refundable, minus return shipping cost and a $9 return fee for the label.
• Sale & Last Call merchandise within 15-30 days from receipt: Exchange or store credit only.
