Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, the merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the original packaging. Please note that used merchandise can only be returned if it is defective. All items will be inspected upon return.

    If wet: stuff with paper and air-dry away from heat/sun; recondition afterward.


    Store with shoe trees or tissue, in a cool, dry place; rotate pairs to let leather rest.
