Shipping

  • Orders over $99 ship free within the continental U.S., excluding non-contiguous U.S. states and territories.

  • No, the free shipping offer is applicable only to orders within the continental U.S. International shipping is excluded.

  • Yes, non-contiguous U.S. states and territories, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and Alaska, are excluded from the free shipping offer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, the merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the original packaging. Please note that used merchandise can only be returned if it is defective. All items will be inspected upon return.

  • Sale items (within 15 days of receipt): Refund eligible, minus a $10 restocking fee; original shipping charges are non-refundable.


    Sale items (days 15–30): Exchange or store credit only.


    Last-Call/Clearance: Final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for a confirmed product defect.

Product Quality

  • Yes, we offer exchanges for products that do not fit. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for more details on how to initiate an exchange.

  • After each wear, wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and grit.


    Smooth leather: apply a neutral leather cream sparingly, then buff; protectors are fine—spot-test first.


    Suede/nubuck: use a suede brush/eraser only (no creams or polishes).


    If wet: stuff with paper and air-dry away from heat/sun; recondition afterward.


    Store with shoe trees or tissue, in a cool, dry place; rotate pairs to let leather rest.
